Step 1: Consultation & Sourcing: Tell us what you need. We source the ideal vehicle from our trusted South African network and secure the best price.

Step 2: Securing the Vehicle: Once you approve the vehicle and finalize payment, we secure the asset and begin the preparation process.

Step 3: Clearances & Documentation: Our experts handle the complex paperwork. This includes ITAC export permits, South African Police Service (SAPS) clearances, and SARS customs documentation.

Step 4: Transport & Border Transit: We organize secure freight (or driver delivery, depending on preference and destination) and manage the border crossing procedures at posts like Beitbridge or Kazungula.

Step 5: Handover: You receive your vehicle with all necessary paperwork ready for local registration in Zimbabwe, Zambia, or Botswana.
